ONLINE STORE PURCHASE - retail sale : Please note that in order to offer you an impeccable service and tracking of your order placed online (and thus make sure you are 100% satisfied), it is possible that we transfer your online order at one of our best retailers. The orders to be sent to another country will probably be transferred to our closest distributor. Just click on International order request at the end of your order. We will contact you to give details. If transfered to canadian online retailer, they will send you an international shipping quotation by email that you could accept or not. Please take into consideration that duty/taxes charges for your country may apply on arrival at your customs (but you will not have to pay Canadian taxes). In Canada, sales taxes are not included in retail price, as seen on online store. All quotation will be sent in CAD dollar.



-You like the style but there is not your size? The inventory is updated daily. If your size is not there, that means it is sold out and nothing is coming soon.

-You absolutely need a particular item but you don't find it on our website? Send us an email explaining your needs. It is often possible to find you or give you the right thing or a close alternative...  Or we can refer you to someone else...

-It is written "coming soon " in your choice of size/colour? The deadline for "coming soon" articles does not usually exceed two / three weeks. You can place the order and wait for the article in question. If you had something else in your order, we will send the first part immediately and the back order will be sent free of shipping charge as soon as we will have it in our place.

Normally, the regular service of Canada Post is about 1 to 5 business days, depending on where you are located. It can go up to 10 days if you're very far away.

To track your order:
Normally, for medium/large size order, you will receive by email a tracking number of Canada Post. You can also contact our Customer Service at 514-360-4869 or 1-855-289-1243 or by email at , from 9am to 3pm week days, to know the status of your delivery. Remember to include your order number.

Check your mail: it is possible that you have received a notice from Canada Post to pick-up the package at your local Post Office.

Making changes after placing your order:
If you need to make changes to an order you've just taken place, please contact Customer Service by email at notifying us order number and the changes you wish to make. Do not press the Back button of your browser to modify your order, it would place a second order and your account will be debited a second time.

Please note that the processing of your order may be made upon receipt. It may therefore be impossible for you to change items while your order being processed.

Cancellation after placing an order:

There are currently three ways to use your gift certificate:

1) Place your order on our website as usual and click on the "gift certificate" in "PAYMENT" section. Enter you gift certificate number and other details. We will check gift certificate validity and then contact you to proceed with any balance to pay.

2) Choose what you want to receive on our "" online store. Take note of the style numbers, colors, sizes and prices with a copy of your gift certificate and send it by fax (450-527-1326). We will call IMMEDIATELY after to confirm and validate the gift certificate information - and you can pay by credit card (or Paypal) any additional amount.

3) Choose what you would like and come to try - by appointment only (call 450-527-1326
or 1-877-584-2888) at our Reserve Privee store directly in our Vija Design distribution center.

Gift certificates are considered as "cash money" to be applied as payment to a "normal" invoice, including taxes.
